Harley Skaggs, CPC, CPB is a certified medical biller and coder with a passion for precision and a solid background in healthcare administration. Her expertise spans insurance billing and appeals, KPI and QCI tracking, credentialing, contract negotiation, data management, HR support, bookkeeping, and nearly every essential system that keeps healthcare practices—and especially birth centers—running smoothly.

Harley’s heart for this work was sparked after delivering two of her children at home under the care of midwives. That deeply empowering experience, paired with the mentorship of birth professionals she still learns from today, inspired her to use her administrative strengths in service of those who care for others. Today, she helps birth workers and healthcare providers alike bring clarity, sustainability, and support to the business side of their calling.
